When you contact me

I use the contact details and information you choose to share to respond to your enquiry and discuss counselling with you. When you submit my enquiry form, I use Cloudflare to process your name, email address, optional phone number and message, and deliver the enquiry to my email inbox.

Using this website

I don’t use analytics, advertising trackers, embedded maps or social media widgets. Fonts and images are served with my site. I use Cloudflare to host my website and protect my enquiry form with Turnstile. Cloudflare processes technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to deliver the website and check for automated submissions. You can read more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your information and your rights

You can contact me to ask about the information I hold about you, request a correction or discuss a request for deletion. The rights that apply depend on the circumstances. You can find further guidance or raise a data protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Counselling and confidentiality

Before we begin counselling, I will discuss confidentiality, its limits and the arrangements for handling information relating to our work together. You are welcome to ask me about these during your introductory consultation.
